Don is the Managing Shareholder of the Firm in charge of all Accounting, Tax, and Auditing engagements. Don has been with the Firm since 1984 and has extensive experience in all facets of public accounting, including tax preparation and consultation, small business accounting, contract auditing, and not-for-profit auditing. He is responsible for the Firm’s system of quality control and training of all accounting staff.
Andrew is the founding member of the Firm and is currently retired as an owner, but remains active in the Firm working with several of our long-standing clients.
Chi is the Shareholder of our Business Accounting and Tax Division. He works with numerous small businesses in preparing financial statements, tax returns, and QuickBooks consulting. Chi has over 15 years of experience with the Firm and is very knowledgeable with federal and local taxation issues, accounting principles, as well as accounting system setup and training.
Larry manages our Audit division and has over 20 years of accounting and auditing experience in both private and public accounting industries. His primary focus with the Firm is in the area of our nonprofit and governmental auditing for our Clientele, including OMB Circular A-133 auditing for those clients who receive federal funding.
Ryan is a Shareholder at the firm in the Business Accounting and Tax Division, working with a variety of businesses to prepare federal tax returns, financial statements, payroll tax returns, state and local business tax returns, support sales tax audits, and QuickBooks consulting. Ryan has been with the Firm since 2006.
Steven is a Senior Accountant with the Firm. He has over 12 years of experience in both tax preparation and audit. His primary focus has been with high wealth individuals and small businesses, IRS tax resolution, and real estate.
Maple works in the tax and accounting division at Branch, Richards & Co., P.S. She has experience in tax preparation and small business accounting as well QuickBooks, payroll, financial statements, etc.
Fiona is a Staff Auditor with the firm and works primarily on audits of our nonprofit clientele. She also performs fieldwork on federally funded OMB Circular A-133 audits and various large governmental auditing engagements.
Office Manager, Staff Accountant
Curtis is the office manager at the firm. He has experience in bookkeeping, tax preparation, and small business accounting. Curtis is knowledgeable in payroll, QuickBooks, financial statements, etc.
Adrienne joined the firm as a staff accountant in Summer 2021. She has gained experience in small business accounting and tax preparation, including financial statements and bookkeeping using QuickBooks.
Natalia began at the firm in January 2023 as receptionist helping with tax preparation. She has since been promoted to staff accountant working in bookkeeping, payroll, and tax.
Michael is new to the firm in Spring 2023. He brings skills and experience in tax, bookkeeping, and financial statements.
